Schorne Preschool Case Study
Background
Located in the quaint village of North Marston just a stone's throw from the primary school. they offer a friendly, welcoming setting, learning through play, with a great outside space, boasting their very own mud kitchen! (A must see!)
While small, the team of 4 had various accounts and were sharing different logins, not only was this insecure it caused confusion with files in multiple locations. They were using @gmail accounts which was not utilising their already paid for domain.
Also, 2 of the 3 laptops were running slowly. It transpired that they were overpaying for their Microsoft licences whereas being a charity they could claim charity discount.
The Solution
Grendon Computers worked with the admin of the preschool and mapped out a plan to align them with the educational best practices from Microsoft.
We also reviewed their slowness and performed upgrades where needed.
